Like most people, I have my kryptonites when it comes to certain foods. Here are my top five:

Fries (Potatoes Rock!)
Cheese (Love it! …a little too much…)
Rosemary & Olive Oil Triscuits
Ice Cream
Chocolate/Gummy Candy

My personal “Eat This, Not That” substitutes:

Microwaved Sweet Potatoes (112 calories for one 5″ long sweet potato)
