Don’t get me wrong. I really love Bikram, also known as Hot Yoga, but my goals match best with Power.
I signed up for another 30 day deal recently and I’m so happy that they’ve added power to their class options! In fact, after I got out of Bikram this morning I overheard the teacher (who’s a really hot woman, by the way) tell a new student that if she wanted to lose weight, get toned, and develop more strength, then Power is the best class to be in.
Now, if your goal is to become more flexible and release toxins from your body, then Bikram is definitely the bomb, but if you want the results that I want then you have to take Power! Love. Love. Love it!
I do both, but I look forward to Power way more. Let’s get our yoga on!

Thank you a lot for giving everyone remarkably special chance to discover important secrets from this web site. It can be very excellent and stuffed with amusement for me and my office mates to search your site no less than thrice per week to study the new tips you have. And definitely, we are at all times fascinated with the perfect secrets you serve. Selected 4 ideas in this posting are completely the simplest I’ve ever had.
wow……yoga is awesome!:P thank you, your blog is actually pretty amaizng, some techniques are very good too
I need flexibility , hopefully will improve it
For many years, Yoga has remained a viable way to stay tuned but has been missed by conventional medicine. In Yoga exercises, you do not take in any supplement, no strict regimes, no synthetic additives – you just use the power of nature and your own resources. No better way exists than for a woman to use what she has already to accomplish what she needs. I know Yoga classes cost a lot but they are worth it.
I am with you on that, I love Power Yoga so much, nothing else compares!
I love bikram too! But I have never tried power yoga, thanks for the tip! Lately I have been seriously getting into boxing fitness. At first I thought it was going to be way too extreme for me but Biscayne Boxing & Fitness Club is great! How you tried boxing as a new fitness regimen?
It’s amazing how hard you can work in a Power Yoga class. Finding the right teacher is key, but I’ve seen great results from praciting Power Yoga on a regular basis. Awesome post!
Yoga… ugh. I use to be one of those people who made fun of Yoga. Not anymore! I did the version that came with p90x and all I can say is OMG. Yoga is tough! I have never done it in a class as my body makes way to much noise while doing it

I love Bikram because I love the heated room!
I would like to try Power Yoga, is the room also heated? Can you do Power yoga at a Bikram center?
The way I see it; let them smack the nails, sooner or later they will miss smash their thumb, and never hit another nail again .
