I think I’m in love…with a woman! haha…just kidding. But I do think Sharlene Lund is super hot. I first saw her photos from a recent issue of Iron Man Magazine and just had to post about it. I wish I was that hot! She won the 2009 Fittest Couple Contest.

They say that if you want to look a certain way, you should find a picture of someone with that physique to plaster all over your room for motivation. I think I found her, but I don’t think I’ll be able to get a body like that because I’m structurally bigger and shorter. Plus, my face can’t change and I think I’m decent looking enough. 
It’s okay, it’s still motivational to me.
Speaking of which…I have a friend, Brandon Thomas, who has his own goals to reach. He’s got this “Project: Ryan Reynolds – Getting Fit in 12 Weeks” thing going on and I recommend checking it out on his HazeCast website. There, he talks about the context of his project and posts his diet and workout regimen along with tracking tools like the iPhone App called “Lose It”. He’s already lost over 40 pounds!
I think he’s inviting me to do an interview on one of his future podcast sessions. Stay tuned. 
Tip: Find a picture of someone whose body you’d like to have. Print it out and post it somewhere visible. It gives a little extra motivation.

I agree about needing a mental or actual picture as motivation. Sharlene is very pretty, but too thin. Ryan Reynolds definitely got into terrific shape for his famous abs shots, but I suspect he doesn’t keep his bodyfat that low for long.
That’s true. She is thin, but it still looks good on her. =) I personally don’t know much about Ryan Reynolds, but I also suspect the same.
